A 10 minute video consultation on Doctor Anywhere costs $20.
If the consultation approaches the 10 minute mark, the doctor may request for an additional $20 payment for a 10 minutes extension. In such situations, a pop-up box will appear on your screen requesting approval for this additional payment. Your credit card will only be charged once your approval has been confirmed. Otherwise, the video consultation will terminate promptly at the 10 minute mark.

A consultation on Doctor Anywhere is conducted via a video call between a patient and the doctor.
At the beginning of the video consultation, the doctor first determines whether the consultation can be conducted via the Doctor Anywhere platform or if the patient should instead see a doctor in person. In the former case, the doctor proceeds with the consultation and provides a diagnosis, prescription, medical certificate, and/or referral letter as appropriate.
In the latter case, the doctor informs the patient that an in-person consultation is more appropriate before ending the call. In such situations, the patient is either not charged for the consultation in such situations or will be fully refunded if payment had already been made.
